The customer must ensure the address they provide is accurate. If he/she wish to change it after processing is finished, he/she must connect the mail carrier.

Orders take 3-5 business days to process and 5-7 business days to ship.

Custom orders processing times range from 10-15 business days and shipping time is 5-7 business days.

The designated pickup location will be sent by email. There will be no other location and drop offs are not provided. If the customer needs an order dropped off, he/she needs to choose a shipping method.

The time for pickup will be included in the email.

 A store credit can be applied to the customers' account, if there is an issue with his/her order.

If there is an issue with a customers' order he/she has 3 days after receiving the product, to contact the company about the issue.

If a customer would like to dispute an order please use email, with subject line as "Order Dispute."
